In 2008 the Umpqua Velo Club will be increasing its efforts to reach out the community, include riders of all levels and improve its ability to stay in touch with club members.  This site has been created with these goals in mind.

In this site you will find; the weekly ride schedule; details about rides in the Umpqua Area; details and links about events and news; archives of the Velo Club newsletters; history, information and links related to the Umpqua Velo Club and surrounding areas; relevant content about the sport of cycling; and links to other events, sites, and clubs we come across in our travels.

If you have information, content or ideas that should be included in this site – please reach out and share.  We are always enthused to expand our abilities to inform the world about cycling, Douglas County and the Umpqua Velo Club.

New Jerseys
The Velo Club has recently revised the club jersey.  For those of you who have a new club kit or other item of apparel on order – the word is they will be arriving in early April.  Stay tuned for more details about when and where to receive your order.
