New to the 2010 race season, this beautiful course starts with a fast and flat five mile stretch into Lookingglass. Once in Lookingglass, the course begins a 15 mile loop with slightly rolling terrain. Each lap of the loop finishes with a one plus mile steep grade (4-10%) with a short, fast descent. After the last lap, riders head back towards the start for a slight uphill finish. Will it be the climbers or the sprinters? You decide.
This is an OBRA sanctioned event. OBRA license and helmets required. OBRA one day and annual licenses will be available.

Wheels will be neutral, and it’s up to the racers to bring wheels for your field to use.
Facilities: There are clean, indoor bathrooms available at the Brockway School.
Registration and Fees:
Mail-in/online/race day: Adults ($25/$27/$30), Tandems ($35/$37/$40), Juniors ($15/$17/$20).
Pre-race registration will be available at Sports Base Online starting Friday, April 2, 2010. Online registration will close May 28th at 5 pm.
Mail checks (payable to Umpqua Road Race) and OBRA release (available at http://www.obra.org/pdfs/waiver.pdf) to: 110 Paradise Point Lane, Roseburg OR 97471. Entries must be postmarked by May 24, 2010
Race day registration and parking available at: Brockway Elementary School, 2520 Brockway Road, Winston, Oregon. Registration will be available from 8 am until 30 minutes before the start of your race

From I-5 —Exit 119 to Winston, Southwest on Hwy 42 for 3.1 miles, Right on Main Street/Hwy 42 0.7 miles, Right on Abraham 0.5 miles, continue on Lookingglass 0.4 miles, Right on Brockway Road. School will be on your left
From Hwy 42—Left on Abraham (0.8 miles past Brockway Road) 0.5 miles, continue on Lookingglass 0.4 miles, Right on Brockway Road. School will be on your left.
